(Please be aware that a deep clean of the spa will take place from 8:00pm-9:00pm on a Friday, and all customers are expected to of exited the facilities by 8:00pm)

We are located at: The Wave Waterpark (ground floor), New Union St, Coventry CV1 2PS.
Our entrance is located around to the left of The Wave entrance or to the right when approaching from Salt Lane Car Park.
Mana spa offers guest passes to the facilities for three hours.
A day guest pass is £30 on weekdays and £40 weekends. This pass gives full use of spa facilities for 3 hours.
Please note: we do not offer sauna only passes.
The mana spa offers spa use and treatments to guests over 16 only. Any persons under 18, must be accompanied by an adult.
Robe and Slippers are included with certain packages and will be listed as part of its inclusions.
Robes and slippers may not be included as part of an offer.
You can however, hire robe and slippers from us for £8, which is non-refundable.
No, treatments are bookable 7 days a week.
The central aspect of Spa Experience is the thermal spa. Consisting of several chambers, each housing a different heat treatment, the thermal spa experience offers you the chance to indulge in therapies that date back hundreds of years. The thermal spa experience includes use of Sauna, Aroma Steam Rooms, Spa Pools, and Foot Baths.
Sauna’s improve overall health, wellness and performance. They help aid recovery after physical activity, can help fight illness, cleanse the skin and help flush out the toxins in your body.
Using a steam room can help clear congestion, improve circulation, lower blood pressure and relax muscles.
Relaxing in our aromatherapy room will help to reduce stress and anxiety, whilst also reliving headaches and migraines. Aromatherapy can help improve your sleep qua;ity and also alleviate side effects of chemotherapy.
Please bring full swimwear with you.
Should you wish to hire towels, robes and slippers, you can do so for an additional charge.
Hire of these items is non-refundable.
Lockers are available for you in the spa changing rooms, however we strongly recommend you do not bring any valuable items as we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss incurred.
A relaxing beach café, Lazy River and a luxurious spa for those who just want to kick back and let there troubles float away. We house a fantastic Wave Pool, churning 20 million litres of water every day along with six high-octane slides and a splash pad area for toddlers. There is also a state of the art Lifestyles gym and fitness suite to get the blood pumping. There really is something for everyone!
Carers are able to access the facilities at a discounted rate, for caring purposes only. Please contact spa reception for further information on this policy.
Mana Spa members have access to the spa facilities during opening hours subject to programming restrictions. This may be subject to a waiting list. Mana Spa members receive 10% discount on any pre-booked treatment over £30.
Misuse of memberships or facilities may result in your membership being void. We kindly ask that you follow Mana Spa rules at all times during your visit to ensure a positive experience for all users.
Bolt-on members: Bolt-on treatments are allocated to bolt-on memberships only and not spa and swim. Treatments are subject to availability, and we recommend that you get your treatment booked in with us as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment. Any missed appointments or late cancellations under the company cancellation policy will be subject to a £20 charge. Treatments cannot be carried over to the following month.
We recommend that you book in advance to secure an appointment with us. For same day bookings please call the spa on 02476 252565 or email enquiries@manaspa.co.uk, and our team will try to accommodate you if possible.

We require a 50% deposit on all appointments to secure your booking with us. You will be required to make the remaining payment for your booking upon arrival to the spa.
All customers must use spa facilities alongside package in order to receive package prices.
All treatments must be booked individually if you are not using the spa facilities.
A deposit of £8 is required upon arrival to the spa, for use of robes & slippers which are included within all spa experiences. This deposit will be refunded on return of Robes upon exit of the Spa. Deposit will not be refunded should robes not be returned to us, or if they are returned damaged.
We respectfully ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. When booking treatments within Mana Spa, your appointment is scheduled with a therapist, whose time is allocated exclusively for your treatment. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, our company policy offers you two options:
– You may choose to shorten your treatment, depending on the time of arrival and the treatment booked.
– You may prefer to reschedule your appointment; however, this will mean the loss of any payment made.
Mana Spa vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
All gift vouchers are non refundable, and for monetary value only. Should you wish to extend your voucher past its expiry date, the following charges apply:
Vouchers are available to purchase online at https://gift-cards.phorest.com/salons/manaspa or in-store.
In order to qualify for discounts or vouchers used towards products or treatments, there is a +£30 minimum spend. Discounts cannot be used towards experience days.
Mana Spa require a 50% deposit to secure all bookings.
All deposits are non refundable and all services are non refundable once cancellation policy has passed.
If an appointment is made within the 48hour cancellation policy, our policy charges still apply.
If you choose to cancel your booking after your arrival, your appointment is non-refundable.
If you do not attend your appointment with us without giving prior notification of your cancellation, you will be charged the full amount of your booking.
For bookings over 5 persons – please be aware that any cancellations for this package require 14 days notice, at which point deposits will be non-refundable.
Please note that The Mana Spa has the right to refuse any treatment if you are deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if any inappropriate behaviour occurs. Mana Spa has the right to adapt, or refuse any treatment if contra-indications mean that a treatment is not suitable for a person. For your safety we would require doctors clearance for certain medical conditions.
At Mana Spa, we recognize the responsibility we have both locally and globally to reduce, reuse and recycle wherever possible, and are committed to the preservation of our environment.
The following actions have been taken within the business to reduce our impact on the environment:
Mana Spa’s thermal experience closes for cleaning between 8.30-8.45pm weekdays and 5.30-5.45pm weekends, allowing you 15 minutes grace period before the facilities close its doors. We do expect all users to of exited the spa by 9pm weekdays and 6pm weekends.
