Cancellation requests must be submitted by the 7th of the month for it to be processed in time for the following months Direct Debit payment.
As per terms of contract, minimum term of of contract is 6 months. Please sure you have reached this prior submitting your cancellation of membership.
We will only get in contact with you if there are any issues, such as not yet completing the minimum term of the contract.
